Indus Preschool is more than an educational institution; it's a community-driven endeavour, and you can be a crucial part of it! As a non profit organization, our operations are overseen by a dedicated Executive Board comprised of parent volunteers. Since our inception in 1995, these passionate individuals have played a pivotal role in shaping the vibrant atmosphere that defines Indus Preschool today.
Diverse Opportunities
Our Executive Board offers various positions to cater to different talents and interests. From leadership roles like President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer to roles in Advertising, Events, and Fundraising, there's a spot for everyone. We believe in the strength of collective effort, and your unique skills can make a significant impact.
Flexible Terms
We recognize the significance of finding a balance in your busy schedule, which is why our volunteer positions are designed for a flexible commitment, spanning either a one or two-year term, tailoring to the duration of your child's enrollment. This adaptability ensures you can actively participate in the community, making a meaningful impact while seamlessly accommodating your personal timetable.
Beyond Board Positions
If serving on the board isn't your cup of tea, there are numerous other ways parents can contribute. Get hands-on in the classroom, showcase your creativity by making bulletin boards, or even take home classroom supplies for cutting, gluing, and stapling. Every bit helps in creating a nurturing learning environment for our students and teaching staff.
